Sep 3, 2002 · Quick response please. I'm looking at a truck to buy with the Vin of 2FTJW35G3JCA52842. Can the rear axle ratio be deciphered from this info? I'm interested in a towing truck and I think the axle is a 3.55 (35 in the vin #). I already have a truck with a 5 speed and 3.55. It's on ebay, so a quick response is appreciated. Tony.
